Complete the Participation & Payment Form below.
To participate the date of the event, this form must be completed, signed, and submitted. Please pay the $25pp participation fee securely by credit card or select another payment method: a check in advance (drop in the Robin Hoods' box at the clubhouse) or by Cash, Check or Credit Card on the day of the event. Make checks payable to the Robin Hoods of VDS, attn: Mike Willmore

Note: If paying by Credit Card, American Express charges a higher processing fee so, in order to maximize your donation to the drive's beneficiary (The Hope Fund of Sun City), please consider using a different credit card.
